Welcome to Chalk Climbing Centre, folks! We're Sean and Aoife Murphy, the proud owners of this rockin' establishment. We've been on this exciting climbing journey together since 2010 when we first met on a rugged cliffside in the west of Ireland. Our shared love for adventure and the thrill of scaling heights brought us closer, and it wasn't long before we decided to turn our passion into something greater. In 2015, we took the leap and opened Chalk Climbing Centre, our dream indoor climbing haven.
Since then, we've been dedicated to creating an environment where climbers of all levels can thrive and push their limits. Our state-of-the-art facility boasts a variety of challenging routes designed by Sean, who has years of experience in the climbing industry. His eye for detail and knack for route setting ensure that climbers are always met with exhilarating challenges.
Safety is our top priority, and Aoife's background in safety management ensures that we uphold the highest standards. Our mandatory induction process ensures that everyone feels safe and equipped before they embark on their climbing adventure. We provide thorough training sessions, covering essential topics such as proper equipment usage, harness fitting, and belaying techniques.
